Since the joint venture, a DL flight will be treated as an AF one from this point of view. This being said, picking up pax and speeding their way through transfer is something that depends on many factors: actual connection time (i.e. you are late enough to need the help but not late enough that you would miss the flight anyway), number of passengers involved (i.e. if 20 pax on your NCE flight are connecting to PHL it's likely, if it is only two of you it is not), bonus for number of business class customers, personnel available (i.e. your flight is the only one late you stand a better chance than if 20 are), etc.
By the way it is worth noting that until things change about terminal assignments next year (when they may improve) one difficulty is that your NCE flight could potentially arrive at the 'wrong' terminal for plane repositioning so you need to carefully listen to the pre-landing announcement whether they confirm 2F or mention something else (e.g. 2D) to 'revise' your connection route accordingly. There are also rather a few bus gates at CDG, which obviously slow things down a great deal, so just hope for the best...
