It has reached the point that I almost do not care.

Is it really worth the time and aggravation, trying to upgrade on this airline? I have plenty of other ways to spend my time, without having to endure this frustration.

If I get a CPU, I get it. If I don't, I don't. I am not going to spend money, or miles, or any instruments, for an upgrade. Forget that. Smisek is not getting another dime of my money, to pay for an upgrade I have already earned. Forget it.
