bad experiences can happen anywhere....i have had issues at st. regis properties in ny & bangkok, le méridien bora bora & a bunch of other high end properties but i wouldn't include then in the 'hall of shame'....

i agree with you on the issue of the same rate as the grosvenor house....there is a world of difference between these 2 properties....
