You can skip the LAST segment, BKK-RGN without fear because you've already flown the previous segments.
A more interesting question might be, "What happens if I skip the FIRST segment?" That would be a dangerous move, because KE would have every right to CANCEL or REPRICE the remainder of the trip. Because the first segment is on a different carrier (TG), I wonder how they would know?
this is called hidden city ticketing. i can imagine that KE hire some collection specialist to charge u the fare differernce or even take you to court. this is a very special situation, if you hold airline to the rule to the finest details, it is fair for them to do the same. KE is known to be tough.
