I had a BRG claim back in January that was accepted. Was told I would receive a check in the mail for the difference in price between the Doubletree website and Expedia and then receive the $50 Amex gift check in the mail after the stay. I received the $7 check for the price difference but never received the Amex gift check. I'm not a happy camper.
