They tried using their Miles for Biz to Europe and everything was available as long as you didnt mind parting with 300k for 1 tkt

Really? They treat me very well as a Plat and while upgrade rates have dropped recently, it is still much better than @ UA! Considering I redeemed 400k miles for 4 C-class TATL tickets in the past 12 months I can't agree with you second comment either.
