They appear to have worked hard in the years following that. My recent experience with them has been passable, but far from good. I'm certainly not jumping ship; that would be far too premature (by a couple of years) IMO, particularly when I look at how quickly some things have already improved at UA since March (2 months ago).
I hear ya, a friend who flys DL since they are DTW based has in the past few months flown in Y no UPs and they have been Plats for yrs. They now say unless youre a Diamond 125k a yr youre really a nothing.
They tried using their Miles for Biz to Europe and everything was available as long as you didnt mind parting with 300k for 1 tkt
As bad as COdbaUA is it looks alot better then DL to Me
