Near as I can tell this hotel has not made the Hall of Shame. It should be first on the list . . . sort of a Hall MVP.

They have remodeled the common areas up to Westin standards, but the rooms are Motel 3. Plat won't get you any better. The rooms are dumps. And why have an oceanfront hotel in PV with no balconies? Starwood should bulldoze this fairly good location and start over.

I think they are consistently booked because amateur travelers like the price and location. Search for better deals, especially those close to Playa Los Muertos (better location). Or search http://www.pvrpv.com/www.pvrpv.com for much more condo than PV Sheraton . . . at a lesser price.

Or the Westin Spa and Resort . . . often less expensive than the Bouganvilias and great for Plat upgrades.
