I had no choice and flew Y from DCA to MSP. Checking bag was a breeze and they thanked me for my business. Different attitude on the plane by FA's - they were nice.

Although only a beverage service, we still had the option of peanuts, pretzels, or cookies (Biscoff brand) with the beverage and no attitude when I asked for both peanuts and pretzels. After the beverages were served, they came down the aisle and asked row by row if anyone wanted another drink or one of the small snacks I mentioned above. It was a pleasant change that I rather liked.

I don't want to leave United. I felt special for several years but now I don't.
