Was check in quick and efficient? Yes. Great service from the AC guy at the check-in who helped me to get on the wait list for an upgrade, and gave me more infos about my chances of getting it. I was flying on an SN codeshare operated by AC and didn't know that we can only ask of an u/g in person at the airport at check-in...

Did you use the Maple Leaf lounge and if so, any feedback in regards to service, food and drinks? MLL Int'l at YUL is always overcrowded in late afternoon / early evening. Tap beer was warm

and bathroom very dirty. This is not the first time I notice that MLL bathrooms are neglected and far from being clean...
If there was a delay, did the gate agent provide timely updates? No delay. Gate agent called me one minute before boarding to give me my J seat!
Onboard - J cabin:
Were the crew professional & well groomed? Yes. The YUL-BRU not as senior as YUL-CDG. Got a truly exceptionnal service on this flight. Took the express menu and the flight attendant was really dedicated to serve me in priority in order to maximize my sleep, very appreciated! And they kept the duty free boutique open until I woke up in the morning so I could buy my cigarettes...

Were newspapers & menus distributed and meal orders taken (Please specify when meal orders were taken - on the ground or in the air)? Yes, great selection of belgian and montreal newspapers. Meal orders taken by status, on the ground.
Did crew offer a hot towel prior to the meal service? Yes
Approximately how long after take off did it take for the first meal service to be completed? (From takeoff to all items collected) I asked for the Express meal so I was able to go to sleep about 90 minutes after boarding, 60 minutes more or less after take-off.
How was the quality of all the meals? OK. Presentation is always a challenge for AC. Fish was really overcooked and soggy. Usually much better than what I got on this flight. The cheese plate could also be improved in my opinion... Breakfast was ok.
Did the cabin crew continiously top up the beverage of your choice throughout the flight? Yes

AC has some work to do to improve MLL quality in Montreal. Should be bigger, with more staff in order to keep it as an enjoyable and clean place. The real asset of AC is the quality of its on board staff, great service.
