if i have an aisle seat(my choice seat), i always bounce up into the aisle as soon as i can, then step back, and block the aisle to allow all the people in that seat row to get off before all the people who have jumped up early. frequently they are people who would otherwise have difficulty bulling their way into the hoard of early risers.
