You may find the reward details at chase.com. For my MP Select card, after logging in I can find the following text if I click "Show Rewards" and then click "See Rewards Details":

"You'll earn miles every time you use your card. Triple Miles on United ticket purchases and double miles on eligible gas, groceries and dining purchases. You'll also get double miles on travel with Star Alliance partners. An Anniversary Bonus of 5,000 miles is yours every year in appreciation of your membership. And you can earn up to 5,000 PQMs every year on all purchases made at united.com."

For me, the 3X miles and up to 5,000 PQMs at United.com are well worth my annual fee of $95 or so.
