I was at Amankila (and Amanusa) last April and spa treatments were carried out in an unoccupied guest room. It worked well. For me Amankila is the more special of the two, although I do love the beach at Amanusa. The really good restaurants in Bali are mainly in Seminyak, which is still quite a schlep from Amanusa. For 4 nights are you really going to be desperate to leave the resort to eat out? You can do that in Ubud.
Oh, I missed this at Kila - didn't see they had a spa suite now. I wish they would - finally - build that spa, though!
