Well written, and another nice read. Thanks for sharing! I'm curious if they'll let a non-Indian Citizen (I have my PAN card and OCI status) hold this card. I do receive income in India and have an established residency there, although I actually live in the US for 99% of the year.

Just thinking of how much I could possibly mint by using this for my day-to-day purchases (assuming a card with no/minimal foreign fees) makes me smile...
