I agree it's a total scam, but I request it everytime, no matter if it's eligible or not. Because their BRG seems to be complete non-sense : I often see my claim rejected when they are perfectly good , but I sometimes see the accepted even though it's obvious they are not good.
Maybe it's just an automated system which accepts a claim once every 100, no matter what
