On the other hand the F lounge in T3 is a very nice space and has an equally good dining room (in my opinion). The CCR is a nice lounge but in the end is just a lounge. After a (presumably) long haul trip into LHR connecting to a long haul out my preference would be to avoid any possible complications and get as quickly and smoothly as possible to T3 for a shower and whatever meal matched my internal clock at that point....
