Recent Stay in April for 4 nights 2 rooms. We received an upgrade to 2 connecting end rooms, 1 room with 2 beds for my 2 children, and the other a King for my wife and I. It was an extremely private arrangement at the end of one of the hallways.

As a Diamond I received lounge access and the option of eating breakfast in the restaurant every morning. We avoided the rush hour and usually ate after 9:00am when it was more leisurely. There was a conference at the hotel during our stay.

The hotel is close to the metro and an inexpensive cab to Gare Nord for those taking Eurostar. For those landing at CDG you can take the metro (~1 hour) or an Air France bus to the Arc de Tripomphe, which is a very short cab ride or metro ride.

The room service is excellent and the staff very attentive. This is my second stay at this hotel and I have no complaints. I would strongly recommend it to anyone staying in Paris.
