It was 30 minutes with Fastair. It's 45 minutes with SHARES.

The GAs have a lot more work to do now with SHARES since there's less automation. Plus, customer requests take longer to handle.

That's part of the reason we see two (2) GAs now vs. 1-2 in the past with UA and Fastair.
