Do you have the Chase Sapphire Preferred card, or just the Freedom? This makes a huge difference.

Because you mentioned transfer partners, I'm assuming you have the CSP. You can transfer those points to UA and, with a decent redemption rate (2-3cpm), get $3000+ airfare out of them. Same goes for transfering to BA, but you've got to be careful with their exhorbatant taxes/fuel/fees for international travel. Hotel is an option, as well, but it all depends what you need and what you'll use! Any travel plans/dreams upcoming? What airlines, hotels, or destinations are you considering/hoping for?
