Have 139K Chase Ultimate Rewards points - Best way to use??

Thanks for everyone's time!! Have 139K rewards points. What is the best value with these. Airline redemption buying travel online (50K = $600)? Hotel?? Not familar with this program so any help would be great from you experts.
