had no clue you could get the prorated refund. I had been thinking about trying it. I dont rent nearly as often as most people but when I do I like the idea of being met at the baggage claim and taken care of right away. I think its silly you cant request a prestige level car esp if you are already paying for an L car or something like that. I'm sure a phone call though would help immensely before you get there.
