I really think this is what justice court or small claims court is for. Your maximum claim is going to be $800 or $1,000, but you file it, perhaps even write up a fancy complaint, and then serve Hilton. They either hire a lawyer at about $2,000 to defend or you get a default judgment. At the very least you get their attention.

Quite honestly I've never done this, but I've felt like it and at some point I will.
