Have you clicked the "Connections" check box when using SNT: Awards/StarAlliance? Without that you won't get any connecting flights (AC doesn't fly from HKG to SFO, so I'm guessing you are connecting thru YVR)
I did not notice that option. I checked it and more flights showed up but still Air Canada did not show up. I used POS "JP-ANA-STD", Method "SNT Award/StarAlliance" and checked Connections checkbox.
Any other suggestions ?
