I am trying to find an award OW from HKG->SFO on UA partners.

I tried to use SNT: Awards/StarAlliance but it does not show me all the flights., it shows just 2 that are not available for the award. But iN fact I know that there is Air Canada flight available but is not showing up. I can get it when I specify Air Canada explictily. Also when I do UA explictly it shows me alll UA flights.

I tried the "ITA: Awards/AC-StarAlliance" but is says the method not available. I am a platinum member. What should I use ?
