I submitted a claim for Hilton Cape town - 4 Night stay and was approx £50 cheaper -

I was told as i had not submitted within 24 Hours i could not have the difference.

I know book flexiable rooms and wait for flash sales or great getaways if possible. Otherwise i just pay the flexi rate.
