Thanks Bundy Bear for pointing out this thread to me, I don't come to FT as often as I aught (or once did).
Most of the posters here have done a fine job in plumbing the background of the meeting. I was previously spammed by somebody that obviously didn't like my posting in a "Only Randy Peterson" thread, so much so that I was getting ~500 spam emails a day.
Thus QF WP was born and I think it safe to say IIRC, that it was thadocta that coined the phrase in a good natured way to me. Thus we quickly came up with names for the other levels.
Ah, those were the days. Catching up with one of the other inaugural members today, so I shall point out this thread to him as well.
