Definitely email DL. The Yotel desk should have two partial manifests. The first shows all J pax, and the second shows ST Elite+ pax in Y. The agent should take your BP and look you up by name or seat assignment.

In reference to the lounge list, I'm pleased to see that the LHR list has finally been cleaned up, removing the no longer existent AF, KE, and AZ lounges scattered throughout terminals. (I think one of them even listed a lounge in T2, which no longer exists.) That's a good barometer that the Yotel remains a lounge for ST E+ regardless of cabin.
