In LHR last week and tried to get into the Yotel after early morning arrival. Am Delta Platinum elite. The receptionist asked if I was flying business class- I was in coach. I explained that I believed I was eligible to gain entrance based on Platinum status. The receptionist said only if in business class. Also I had read on here earlier that sometimes Platinum elites flying in coach have received "fast track" passes for immigration. I did ask the FA about this on the flight and she said she did not know what I was talking about. I didn't push it or inquire further- as it turns out the wait was only about ten minutes anyway. However it sure would have been nice to use the Yotel facilities as my room at the Waldorf HIlton was not ready until 4 pm.
