No. E+ is standard throughout the fleet. Does not change on domestic vs. international routing.

I fly E+ a lot on long haul flights and enjoy it. I'm 6'2 and never have issues with flights.

Ironically, I also have done a ORD-HKG-ORD route in E-. E- is worlds difference. I recently did the same route in E+ and it was much better.
