Okay, let me get this straight.

So far I have redeemed 100,000 points to get 2 return seats in WT. After additional recent redemptions I currently have 146,553 Avios points available.

In order to force release of CW seats I would have to pay double points, that would be 200,000 (x2) so 400,000 Avios points which means, adding the points I have to the points I've already spent I'll be 153,447 points short. That's quite a stretch.
