I agree with you completely HTB. I'm aware that a lot of people like the certainty of knowing what they will get, but I find the variations in upgrades and the vagueness of the policies work in my favour pretty much every time!

Virtually every time we have seen new wording defining official benefits the actual received benefits have been eroded. Careful what you wish for........
