I have encountered something of same nature, so always check the ticket. We have a family trip in Aug and due to partner airline schedule change, tickets were to be reissued. Within min of getting off the phone, got the ticket e-mail, I checked the flights, they looked in order. Later that evening I tried to print and realized for some reason only 1 of 4 tickets was reissued. It took another hour for EXP desk to get things in order and get other 3 issued, so lesson here is not only check the itinerary make sure each passenger is ticketed.
