I have seen shops with the Discover Card logo in some shops, but I did not know they were tied in with union pay. I guess I have been under a rock for the last three years in Beijing.
Are Discover cards accepted with only a signature, or do I need to get a PIN? I guess I should call Discover and ask them how to get a PIN for the card.
For those that have been to China, merchancts are always asking for the "Mėmǎ" (Chinese for password or PIN).
