I booked a one way MIA-ORD on the 6th and just got an email confirming the upgrade. The only problem?. The ticket says SFO-LAX!!!! I kid you not!!!!

Currently waiting online while supervisor checks. I asked them check recorded phone conversation. they haven't got it because it's a week ago and it was my responsibility to check the email.

That's either one screwed up system or very bad OE by the agent@@@

I now have to pay the full price for the one way!!
