A few weeks ago I was on a through flight from PHX to DTW with a stop in DFW. Due to the weather in DFW we departed PHX almost two hours late. AA switched planes and sent all but three of us to DTW. To make matters worse the DFW-DTW flight left 5 min before we arrived and was only five gates away. I could say since it was a through flight they should have held it but 140 other people on the DFW-DTW leg would not have agreed.

Three of us wound up spending the night in DFW. It's Dallas, they have storms and this stuff happens. This time it was you, last time it was me. Wasn't the first time, won't be the last. Inexcusable it is not, part of travel through DFW is what it is.
