You said Star Silver????? No, you don't get ANY lounge access from LH. They have 2 lounges. A biz class lounge (that's not you) abd a Star Gold lounge (your star silver so you can't use that either. You have to use the UA lounges only (plus you have no card so only UA can look it up)
