The Doubletree Courthouse is also close to Soho -- as well as Oxford Circus for shopping. I got a small room for my points back in November, and the views are nothing to speak of, but I had no complaints about the location.
The Hilton Green Park is only a twenty-minute walk from Soho. It's in a quiet location and on the Tube line that goes to LHR.
The Doubletree Courthouse is exceptionally close to Soho, but isn't brilliant at upgrading people (I speak as a Diamond who stays there about once a month). It can also be very expensive, but I prefer it to the Trafalgar.
