All taken care of. Excellent service by the concierge. He took him all the way onboard in YYZ. Then another agent met him at the gate in YYC (and then one of the flight attendants on his flight came out and took him to the MLL! ). Same for YVR, an agent met him at the gate and took him all the way to the baggage claim area.

Well done AC. I am super impressed.
