My experience with the YYC concierge has been very positive. Also (in LHR) they were happy to look out for my non-SE daughter when I wasn;t sure if we'd both be checking in at the same time. I can't see that you'll have any problem. The concierges are mind-bogglingly helpful -- as well as being congenial.
