One more thing.
Had the WN rep book my son's CP flight as mentioned above and only part of the name came through on the emailed confirmation, even though it had his correct RR#.
Called and have just spent 30 minutes with WN computer/help guys who recreated the problem and found that it also occurred when they made a dummy reservation for my son w/o regard to his Companion status. The guy said he had no idea what was happening, but it is recurring and something obviously is wrong "behind the scenes."
Now I have to call Customer Relations on Monday to get it looked at, lest TSA not allow my son to fly.
So check your confirmation emails for accuracy.
