I can easilly guess that Delta will recieve more complaints from Asian customers in the future. I'm a native Japanese, and I see there is a big difference on their service minds between IFSR's and the US based Japanese FA's. I aplogized for my poor wording, but the US based Asian crews are too much Americanized. One of their main duties is to bridge the two cultures, but I feel like many of them lost their native spirits or the beauty of their own culture. They're lucky enough to live in this beautiful United States. I wish they don't forget their unique position to be an US based Asian FA, and treat their customers well. I sure miss many hard working IFSR's.
