Contact YYZ. They will look after your Grandfather. When spending time in the YYZ lounge I have seen similar situations where the concierge has brought in elderly relatives of an S.E. travelling alone. They great them on the incoming flight, take them to the lounge and then escort them to the flight when it is time to board. In my opinion the concierge service is the best benefit of S.E.
