Hold the phone: UA res was able to pull a SWU <24h from flight dep
Made a SDC to a booking. To get the R space on the new flight, the agent had to cancel and redeposit the original SWU and then pull a new one. All done <24h from flight departure. I thought UA was telling us that "the system" doesn't allow for this?
