My preferences are:

CW redemption on direct flight > F redemption on indirect flight due to schedule convenience.

F redemption on indirect flight > CW cash on direct flight due to my placing a higher value on cash than miles.

CW cash on direct flight > UUA from CW to F on indirect flight due to schedule convenience.
