For all of you to know, BAEC has just reinstated the Avios they had annulled in the first place.

Not that the amount of Avios was that great, but as a matter of principle, I wanted to see if something would be done.

All along, the staff attitude has been professional and non bureaucratic.

Looks like there are people in this organisation with the willingness and authority to act.
