Thank you BA online for the last 20 heart stopping minutes
I am travelling tomorrow and found that I had not yet printed off the hotel voucher - I booked the hotel through BA the day after I booked the flight. There was no sign of the hotel booking anywhere
Thinking I was having a senior moment I checked against DHs BA number - nothing
Long trawl of the inbox finds a booking reference
Back to MMB unfortunately to be greeted by a screen that tells me my booking is being cancelled and my credit card refunded aaagh
Call BA Silver line - very helpful, they confirm they can still see the booking. Transferred to another department, the upshot is
*this is a currently known about fault on MMB
*it does not apply to all hotels but does apply to Hilton whom I am booked through
Evidently the team are going into a meeting

but will email me a manual voucher around 1600, that will be tight for us time wise but ok, however, you might want to check and if you are in this situation and do not already have the voucher contact BA to get one now
