I visited & had lunch at Domaine de l'Orangerie on La Digue, did not stay there but it does seem like nice boutique hotel.
Personally, I find that La Digue has the best beach in Seychelles, and would consider staying for 2 nights or so on La Digue, and I believe l'Orangerie is the best choice on the island
