I guess I wasn't clear. If AI joins *A, the expectation is that other *A carriers will use AI for feed. That doesn't mean that they can't use 9W, but generally they wont. There are plenty of exceptions listed on this thread

Even if only 1/2 of *A switched over to using AI and the rest stayed with 9W, 9W is still losing a lot of revenue from feeding those other carriers.
