Generally speaking T3 is relatively easy to get through. The DL security line can be long, but it moves. I'd say 90 minutes is enough if you're not checking a bag.

Catch the bus on the ticket counter level, near the WN curbside checkin area. Take the elevators or stairs between levels, not the escalators.
