I find the details on the card incredibly unclear, maybe it is just me. Some queries for anyone in the know:

Is the annual fee payable on a monthly basis?

Can you cancel at any time and not pay the rest of the annual fee, e.g. if I cancelled after 6 months I would only pay £225 (half the fee). If the fee is payable on a yearly basis, do I get refunded the rest of the fee?

How long does it take to receive the CX card/benefits?

If I cancel after I receive my CX card, is that card still active for the entire year?
